Where We Come From
It all began in 1994, when Bret Barrick founded Barrick Crop Protection in Louisiana. Bret dedicated himself to providing agricultural consulting to large sugarcane farms, becoming a regional benchmark.
For nearly three decades, he built a solid portfolio with the largest producers in the region, always prioritizing detailed analyses, precise calculations, and personalized guidance.
Where Tradition Meets Innovation
In 2019, Bret hired his son-in-law, Caio Phillipi, who fell in love with agriculture and technology. In the past, maps were hand-drawn and colored with markers. Caio’s arrival marked the beginning of an evolution. He started using a generic mapping software. This sparked his decision to create a tailor-made solution designed specifically for sugarcane.
