With your permission, Yote FarmView may use your device's GPS location to center maps on your position and to support field scouting and other location-based features while you are using the app.

You can turn off location access at any time in your device settings. Some map features may not work as intended without it.

Yote FarmView does not sell location information.

Using Yote FarmView does not transfer ownership of your farm maps, field data, crop information, harvest information, agricultural records, or operational data to Yote FarmView. We use this information to provide the service to you.

Yote FarmView does not sell customer farm data or personal information.

We may share information with trusted service providers that help us operate Yote FarmView, including providers of hosting, databases, mapping, satellite imagery, analytics, form processing, and other infrastructure. These providers receive information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf.

Information you add to a shared account may be visible to team members you invite. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our users or Yote FarmView, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
